Barbara Scears Obituary
Barbara A. Scears, 77, of Canonsburg, died Sunday, March 18, 2018, in the West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh.
She was born September 21, 1940 in Canonsburg, a daughter of Edward and Sarah Smith Hott.
Mrs. Scears had worked as a residential service aide for the former Western Center and Mayview State Hospitals.
On August 2, 1958 she married Charles R. Scears who passed away May 19, 2016.
Surviving are two daughters, Debra Karmazin (Michael) of Houston and Diana Karmazin (Paul) of Canonsburg; six grandchildren, Melissa Suwalski (Mike), Michael Karmazin (Karen), Jason Scears (Breanne), Jocelyn Scears, Paul Karmazin and Allen Karmazin (Aleesha); six great grandchildren; a sister, Janice Zimmerman (Darold) of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
A son, Charles E. Scears is deceased.
