Dawn Lynne (Spinnenweber) Stonesifer

Dawn Lynne Stonesifer, 54, of Chartiers Twp., died Sunday, September 24, 2017, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.

She was born October 12, 1962, in Monongahela, a daughter of Jerome Spinnenweber of Chartiers Twp. and the late Gaylen Lee Rabe Spinnenweber.

Mrs. Stonesifer was a 1980 graduate of Chartiers-Houston High School.

She enjoyed baking, gardening, fishing, and loved all her animals.

Her special joy was her family and grandchildren.

On January 24, 1981, she married Steven A. Stonesifer, who died July 15, 2016.

Surviving are: two daughters, Brandi McMasters of Washington and Lacey O’Mahoney (Brian) of Bridgeville; a son, Cody Stonesifer (Krista) of Chartiers Twp.; seven grandchildren, Skylar, Liam, Riley, Rhys, Savannah, Ariannah and Malik; two brothers, Tracy Spinnenweber (Denise) of Washington and Lance Spinnenweber (Mackenzie) of Chartiers Twp.; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 Thursday in McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, owner/supervisor, 27 Cherry Avenue, Houston, PA 15342, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, September 29 with Pastor Gary Gibson officiating.  Interment will follow in Mt. Prospect Cemetery, Hickory.
