Lorna Barbara Lesso

Lorna Barbara Lesso 77, of Houston, fell asleep in death Thursday, February 23, 2017, in Townview Health and Rehabilitation Center, Canonsburg.

She was born May 30, 1939, in Canonsburg, a daughter of Joseph and Helen Kostka Lesso.

Ms. Lesso was a 1957 graduate of Chartiers-Houston High School.

She had worked as a secretary at the former Western Center, retiring July 2, 1994.

Ms. Lesso was a member of the Canonsburg Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

She also belonged to American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Jefferson Historical Society and had been a volunteer for the Chartiers-Houston Community Library.

Surviving are several cousins.

A memorial talk will be held at 3:30 pm on Sunday, March 5, 2017 in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 3482 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, PA 15017.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, Owner/Supervisor, 27 Cherry Ave., Houston, PA 15342.
