Robert D. Bedillion

Robert D. Bedillion, 80, of Canonsburg, died Thursday, April 21, 2016 in the Golden Living Center, Canonsburg with his daughters by his side.

He was born June 16, 1935 in Canonsburg, a son of Paul and Alma Caldwell Bedillion.

Mr. Bedillion was a graduate of Chartiers High School.

He had worked for many years at the former McGraw Edison in Canonsburg.  Following his retirement, he worked for the Peters Creek Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Bedillion was a member of St. Patrick Parish and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #191 both in Canonsburg.

He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mr. Bedillion also enjoyed gardening.

On October 18, 1958 he married Patricia Spencer who died December 11, 2012.

Surviving are three children, Cynthia Lemonakis (Michael) of Canonsburg, Susan Vibostak (Michael) of Strabane and Robert D. Bedillion Jr. of Bedford; five grandchildren, Melinda Yeager (Sam), Kristina Stockton (Sam), Shawn Bedillion, Kacie Hollenbach and Chelsie Bedillion; eight great-grandchildren, Lucas, Zoey, Kylie and Penelope Bedillion, Ava, Violet and Zach Yeager and Olivia Stockton; and a brother, Richard Bedillion (Carol) of Finleyville.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Sunday in the McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, Owner/Supervisor, 27 Cherry Ave., Houston, PA 15342, where a Blessing Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 25, 2016.  Interment will follow in Oak Spring Cemetery, Canonsburg.
