Scott Armstrong Obituary

Scott Alan Armstrong, 61, of Anaheim, CA., formerly of Houston, died Sunday, February 18, 2018, after a short illness.

Son of the late John E. and Helen Boyan Armstrong, Scott grew up in Houston and lived there for most of his life before moving out to California after the death his parents.

He inherited his dry wit from his father, and was always a source of pithy, witty comments at family gatherings.

Scott was a gifted athlete and scholar at Chartiers-Houston High School – class of 1974, Massanutten Military Academy and Lehigh University.  He enjoyed sports and was a great Steeler fan.

He will be sorely missed by his siblings Dennis J. (Alex) Armstrong of Norman, OK; Diane Armstrong (Larry Simmons) of Providence Forge, VA; and John T. (Corinne) Armstrong of Mission Viejo, CA; and numerous nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews who were important in his life.

Interment will be private.
