Susan M (Heisler) Lestander

Susan M. Lestander, 49, of Canonsburg passed away Friday, March 16, 2018 in the Concordia Donnell House.

She was born February 9, 1969 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Donald and M. Janice Heisler.

Mrs. Lestander was a 1987 graduated of Canon-McMillan High School and attended California University of Pennsylvania.

She was a member of the South Canonsburg Church.

Her hobbies included needlepoint and cross-stitching but she most enjoyed her family.

On May 25, 1993, she married Martin E. Lestander who survives.

Also surviving are two sons, Brendan and Jason Lestander; a brother, Donald Heisler of Cranberry; two sisters, Debra Tomsic of Florida and Karen Patton (Sean) of South Carolina; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Monday in the McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, Owner/Supervisor, 27 Cherry Ave., Houston, PA 15342.   Services will be held, 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 20, 2018 in the South Canonsburg Church, 12 South Central Ave., Canonsburg, PA 15342 with Rev. Cindy Vogel officiating.   Interment will be private.
