Carol Ann Lombardi

Carol Ann Lombardi, 73, of Tampa, Fl., formerly of Houston, died Wednesday, October 10, 2018, in Tampa, Fl.

She was born in 1945, a daughter of the late George and Evelyn Ward Dodd.

Mrs. Lombardi was a 1963 graduate of Chartiers-Houston High School.

She had worked for Canonsburg Hospital for over 40 years.

Mrs. Lombardi was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church of Houston.

She is preceded in death by her husband, James Lombardi.

Surviving are: a son, John Karafilis and his wife Cindy of Tampa, Fl.; and two grandchildren, Maximus and Alexandra Karafilis.

Friends will be received from 7 to 9 pm Monday in McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, owner/supervisor, 27 Cherry Avenue, Houston, PA 15342.  Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, October 16, 2018, in the First United Presbyterian Church of Houston, 102 N. Main St., Houston, PA 15342.  Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
