Tiffany Ann McCallister-Havrilesko, 48, of Washington, went to be with Jesus, Monday, May 1, 2017 following a long and courageous battle with ALS.

She was born August 3, 1968 in Washington, a daughter of Cheryl Dilkes Sickles (Bill) and the late Wid McCallister.

Tiffany was a 1986 graduate of Chartiers-Houston High School and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1992.  Following her graduation, she worked as a social worker for several agencies until returning to CCAC School of Nursing where she graduated as valedictorian.

She worked as a Registered Nurse for the Canonsburg Hospital until her ALS diagnosis.

Surviving in addition to her mother and stepfather are her loving husband, Douglas Havrilesko; three daughters, Jade, Cynthia and Cameron Dobbin; her cherished grandson, Ayden Austin; brother, Damon McCallister of Jefferson Hills; sister, Heather Hines (Kevin) of Merritt Island, FL; three nephews, Joseph and Damon McCallister Jr. and Devin Hines; niece Stephanie Hines LaCroix; two aunts, Kathleen Dilkes and Cindy Caffrey; and many great aunts, uncles and cousins.

A niece, Kelsey Hines is deceased.

She had been a girl’s basketball coach and enjoyed gardening, crocheting, needle point, crossword puzzles and keeping up with her pond.

At the request of the deceased, all services are private.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, Owner/Supervisor, 27 Cherry Ave., Houston, PA 15342.  The family suggest memorial contributions be made to The ALS Association, 1275 K Street NW, Suite 250, Washington D.C., 20005 or Amedysis Hospice, 480 Johnson Rd., Washington, PA 15301.
