Brenda Thomas-Packey Obituary

Brenda L. Thomas-Packey, 60 of Houston, passed away Saturday, August 7, 2021 in her home of natural causes.

She was born November 21, 1960 in Cumberland, MD, a daughter of William and Betty Iser Radcliff.

Brenda enjoyed being around horses and worked as a groom at the Meadow Racetrack for Norm Parker Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Frank Packey; a son, Adam Packey; two sisters; two brothers; and several nieces and nephews.

Two brothers are deceased.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
