Coretta J. (Morris) Kenimond

Coretta J. Kenimond, 61, of Washington, died Tuesday, June 8, 2021 in her home following six-month illness.

She was born September 16, 1959 in Wheeling, WV, a daughter of Harold and Elizabeth Mae Welling Morris.

Mrs. Kenimond was a 1977 graduate of West Greene High School, the Washington School of Nursing and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Waynesburg University in 2016.

Coretta was employed for 30 years as a Registered Nurse at the Washington Hospital.

She enjoyed antiquing.  

Surviving are her husband, Frank H. Kenimond Jr.; a daughter, Joye Kenimond of Pittsburgh; a son Joseph Kenimond of Washington; two brothers, Perry Morris (Belinda) of Bangor and Daniel Morris (Donna) of Carmichaels; and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are two sisters, Cassi Houser and Patricia Sellars.

A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
