Obituary
Della Dean Wise, 86, of Canonsburg, passed away peacefully, Thursday, December 15, 2022, in Townview Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born November 15, 1936, in Washington, a daughter of Harold “Buzzy” and Odella Fullum Thomas.
Mrs. Wise attended Washington High School.
She enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.
On October 23, 1971, she married John H. Wise who died October 21, 2011.
Surviving are a son, Charles Thomas and his wife Linda of Houston; an adopted son, Tracey Wise of Canonsburg; two grandsons, Charles Thomas Jr. and Stephen Thomas; eight great grandchildren, Carra Reid (Brian) and Keirsten, Tierra, Andrew, Sadi, Jordan, Anna and Maya Thomas; six great great grandchildren; five brothers, Donald Thomas (Jay), Moses Thomas and Robert Thomas (Toni) all of Detroit, MI, Richard Thomas of Canonsburg and Isaac Thomas of Belle Vernon; three sisters, Myrtle Mathis, Becky Fields and Mary Thomas all of Washington; and many nieces and nephews.
Two Brothers and two sisters are deceased.
At this time, no services are planned. Arrangements have been entrusted to the McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, Owner/Supervisor, 27 Cherry Ave., Houston, PA 15342.
