Joseph Eugene Bell

Joseph Eugene Bell Sr., 43, of Washington, died unexpectedly Saturday, October 7, 2023.

He was born December 14, 1979, in Columbus, Oh., a son of the late Sonya E. Bell and Kermit Kendall Bradshaw (Terri) of Columbus, Oh.

Mr. Bell was a 1998 graduate of Independence High School in Columbus, Ohio.

He was a warehouse associate for many years.

Mr. Bell was an avid Steelers and Ohio State fan, enjoyed playing pool and basketball and spending time with his family.  He loved finding any reason to throw something on the grill and was known as the grill master.

Surviving are: his wife, Sterrita Bell of Washington; two children, Nyla E. Bell and Joseph E. Bell Jr., both of Georgia; several grandchildren; two step children; Zewdi and Tae Gemerew of Washington; a brother, Stacey D. Bell of Columbus, Oh; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Deceased in addition to his mother are: maternal grandmother, Odessa Hague; Uncle, Anthony Bell; and Stepfather, Stacey Stewart.
