Michael North Obituary

Michael A. North, 43, of Canonsburg, died Tuesday, February 1, 2022, in his home.

He was born October 1, 1978, in Washington, a son of James North Sr. of Charleston, WV and the late Beverly Brown North Dean.

Michael was a graduate of Canon-McMillan High School and received his Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

He was former Police officer for North Strabane and Smith Townships and was presently employed as a truck driver for Waste Management.

Surviving in addition to his father are a sister, Alana Harvey and two brothers Jordan and Matthew Harvey all of Washington and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Two brothers, James North Jr. and Stuart Harvey are deceased.

A memorial service will be planned for a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in Michael's name to the funeral home.
