Patricia L. (Corcoran) Buyan

Patricia L. Corcoran Buyan, 75, of McMurray Hills Manor where she had resided for the past few years, passed away Sunday, January 24, 2021 in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

She was born March 12, 1945 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of Ray and Nola Cantle Corcoran.

Pat was a 1963 graduate of Canon-McMillan High School.  She was long time resident of McMurray and Houston.

She had been employed at the former Cummins Motors and Vasko Dodge both in Canonsburg.

On August 29, 1970, she married Stephen Buyan who died March 9, 2011.

She is survived by a daughter, Arthea “Artie” Buyan; three brothers, Herky, Dan and Tim Corcoran; a sister, Pam Evans; four stepchildren; five grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Deceased are a son, Stephen Buyan Jr.; a brother, Tom Corcoran; and a stepson.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m., Friday, January 29, 2021 in the McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, Owner/Supervisor, 27 Cherry Ave., Houston, PA 15342. 

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
