Robert J. Weaver

Robert J. Weaver, 68, of Canonsburg, died Wednesday, October 12, 2022, in McMurray Hills Manor.

He was born February 21, 1954, in Canonsburg, a son of Patricia Morgan Weaver of Canonsburg and the late Ritchie D. Weaver.

Bob was a 1972 graduate of Chartiers-Houston High School and was a member of the Canonsburg United Presbyterian Church.

He had worked for Kmart, G.C. Murphy and in the maintenance department at Valley Brook Country Club.

Bob was a member of the National Pike Steam, Gas and Horse Power Association, the former Millers Run Grange and he collected toy tractors.

Surviving in addition to his mother are two brothers, David Weaver and his wife Gayle of Morristown, TN and Ritchie D. Weaver Jr. and his wife Connie of Canonsburg; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Deceased are a sister, Susan Weaver Suhrie and a nephew, Samuel Joseph Weaver.

The family will receive friend from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m., the time-of-service Monday, October 17, 2022, in the McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, Owner/Supervisor, 27 Cherry Ave., Houston, PA 15342. 

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Gateway Hospice, 9380 McKnight Road, Suite 201, Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
