Suzy E. (Simonelli) Prevade

Suzy E. Prevade 58, of Westland passed away peacefully in her home, Friday, December 10, 2021 following a brief illness.

She was born September 9, 1963 in Washington, a daughter of Joseph and Evelyn Hall Simonelli.

Suzy was a 1981 graduate of Ft. Cherry High School.

She had worked for the Caring Mission of Washington and was presently employed by First Transit of Houston.

She enjoyed playing bingo, cards and watching Law and Order SVU but her favorite past time was the time she spent with her grandchildren and family.

Surviving are her husband, John Prevade Jr.; a daughter Courtney Unicek (Brian) of Meadow Lands; two grandchildren, Ava and Austin Unicek; a sister, Debra Ullom (Theodore) of Washington; a half sister, JoAnn Stevenson; a half brother, Joseph Simonelli Jr.; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Tuesday, in the McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, Owner/Supervisor, 27 Cherry Ave., Houston, PA 15342, where services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 15, 2021.   Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
