William Robert Stanley

William Robert Stanley, 58, of Canonsburg, died Saturday, June 4, 2022, in the Canonsburg Hospital.

He was born August 22, 1963, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late William and Catherine Stewart Stanley.

Bill was a 1981, graduate of Canon-McMillan High School. 

He was employed as a florist for L & M Flower Shop in Canonsburg.

On October 16, 1993, he married Debbie Taylor who survives.

Also surviving are a sister, Ilene Brown of Washington and several nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

Deceased are two sisters, Nancy O’Bryan and Ruth O’Rourke and his beagle Nytro.

Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, June 8, 2022, in the McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, Owner/Supervisor, 27 Cherry Ave., Houston, PA 15342.  Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, in the Faith U. P. Church, 900 E. Beau St., Washington, PA 15301.  Interment will follow in Oak Spring Cemetery, Canonsburg.
