My brothers and I lived in the white farmhouse next to Queen of Heaven and grew up with the Merrell's. Mr. Merrell was Bob's boss. I so remember "Peff" and that red Corvette. It was a beauty. He often had it parked in the barn. At the time he seemed so much older than us...now I see that difference was only 11 years. How fabulous that he was able to work most of his career there, something rare today. So sorry for your loss, but really pleasant memories.

Dear Rosemary--we were very shocked and saddened to hear of Bob's passing. He was such a wonderful, friendly guy, and will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
